I have chronic migraines and intracranial hypertension. Watching your videos when I'm in too much pain to do coloring myself is so soothing to me. Thank you for doing what you do.
Thank you! All the different shades of gray are beautiful! I also really appreciate that you listed all the colors you're using for this project in the description box! It is very helpful! Thank you again for making these incredible tutorials for us! You truly are a blessing! I'm looking forward to seeing the next video!
Wow Julie you are so prolific with the amount of colouring you do, I have a long list now of your tutorials to follow and I am itching to start. My sister in America recently bought me the 150 set of prismacolors and she asked me to do several pictures for her including some for her granddaughters from romantic country and the hummingbirds from secret garden for her. I'm nearly finished so I can then start on your tutorials.
beautiful! I love to colour in grey too.. but I prefer to use graphite pencils..and use different ways of pressure and create more gradation in the picture.
Fabulous stuff. I'm still learning so much watching your videos. I'm so excited because I ordered a set of 72 Prismacolors Premier pencils today. They are an Xmas gift from my Sister and Mum who've gone half each to buy them for me as one of my gifts. I'm beside myself with excitement and joy because they will change what I'm able to achieve. YIPEE!!! 😁😱😄😃 Sorry I'm just bursting to tell someone. Hope you don't mind. Thanks for sharing your talent as usual. Love watching you colour. 👍💗😁
Frankly I think 72 to 75 is the right size for a colour set of pencils. You get higher than that and the colours become very close. If you have that number of pencils and can't manage to produce a light or darker shade than what you want you need a lot of practice.
I was just wondering which of Johanna Basford's books do you recommend I purchase? I checked and you have several videos of each! Is there a particular one that you think you will be working in more? Thank you!
Awesome monochromatic work with grey..it’s such a versatile colour..love this picture..👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

+Andrea C i don't mind, i know the feeling 😃😃
Hallo Andrea, do you miss not having 150 colors? I also orderd 72 instead of 150 as Julie has. I wonder if 72 would be enough...

I love your videos. You make me want to color all day. I have one question how much pressure do you use on the dark shades? thank you
+Nicole Donovan I always use a lot of pressure to get the darker color
