I am on my second MJ book, spiral edition as the first one eventually fell apart. Your pages are beautifully colored. I just use pencils mostly. Thanks for showing us.
Love Magical Jungle, I don’t have this one yet but will be adding it to my collection one day. I like to fix up pages too so that I can enjoy them more when looking back. Sometimes I get slightly used books as they are expensive in Australia and will fix the pages done in them too. I am not too good at doing backgrounds, but I like how you have added to the pictures by drawing and stenciling so I may start experimenting with that too. I love the lizard stencil page and your double elephant page. 👍😍
Oh wow thanks ! Yes i get a lot of used books too because they’re cheaper on ebay. Backgrounds take a lot of experimentations! Ive had a lot of failures over the years! Just keep coloring

Love it! The butterfly page and the one with the big leaves were my favorites. I loved the stencil bg in the first and in the leaves page the purple tones really complement all the different greens. I get so stumped when there's a ton of leaves, bc I want variation but I'm worried the greens I might use will not work together. You have shown me that a i can make interesting leaves with lots of colors!! I also really like your shiny tiger face and will have to try using glitter over pastel background as well
Beautiful pages! I’m on the hunt for some pan pastels now, I don’t like how my regular pastels leave streak marks. But my local art store wants $8.99 🇨🇦 for one 🤔 I feel like that’s a bit pricey. Is that how much they go for in the 🇺🇸? ..tfs 😀

I agree with you about updating pages. As we improve, there's no reason we can't do better on older pages!

Actually the metal spirals get in the way of coloring because the images go to the. Very edge of paper.

Ya the glitter paint is a great sealer ! And also i have like an iridescent clear type of paint that i also seal with.
Beautifully completed pages! 👏👏 Magical jungle is one of my first colouring books, I love it. Unfortunately binding didn’t hold up.

The sets on Amazon are cheaper. Single ones can get expensive but i collect them over time. I started with a set.
