The producer on Clapperboard was credited as Muriel Young. She used to be an in vision continuity announcer for Associated Rediffusion/Rediffusion London and also presented some programmes for them such as 5 o'clock club
She was indeed a producer at Granada Television in Manchester at the time then so too. I know she produced too the series Shang A Lang about the Bay City Rollers group in 1975-I can remember seeing it then too even though I was only 7 years old at the time?!
