Honestly, Jennine ought to be regarded as one of the best in the finance sectors. I started with just 4k, and I've already taken out 25k, all of which I've invested in my Airbnb business. I really wish I had known her earlier.
Selling fruits and vegetables isn't a side hustle. It's labour intensive and takes a lot of time and dedication. To grow enough to sell takes up a LOT of time, not to mention you would need the space so there are allotment costs alongside upkeep costs to take into consideration. It's a hobby, you need to want to do it. It isn't a side hustle.
On the buy to let property being rented out for discounted rent, the thing to be careful of is that most BTL mortgage providers would expect you to be getting at least a 5% yield if your loan to value ratio is 25%/75% which might not be possible if you're offering discounted rent.
Investing in the right way can increase the value of your money beyond the rate of inflation at minimal risk over the long term. The short version of this is to use low cost, passively managed index funds. The long version of this is to go to Pete Matthew’s channel, Meaningful Money, and learn from him. 👍🏼

Good video but not any old random person can sell veg seedlings, there are strict laws and regulations here in UK (which for the record I think is bonkers) but you have to be traceable, where the seeds came from, any cross contamination, where the seeds/plants are going etc, you need records and licenses or you could be facing a hefty fine
Can the bottles be handed into any Boots or only certain stores? God I’ve just cleared out my Mum’s house for her, she hoards cosmetics etc could’ve made a mint 😩🤣
