For us, this was our first package so we didn't want to comment on whether they're consistent with the balance of the sweet vs. savoury as well as the shipping (as you saw in the video). Nonetheless, we're pleasantly surprised by how different their themes are.
If you're new to Japanese snacks and you love cute things (We might've squealed at the cute bunny mascot), you'll enjoy Zenpop Japan. For us, it's definitely a nice change from other snack box subscriptions we've tried over the past few years.
