Sometimes She Cries is a song by American glam metal band Warrant. A power ballad, it was released in 1989 as the fourth single from Warrant's debut album Dirty Rotten Filthy Stinking Rich. The song charted at number 11 on the Mainstream Rock Tracks chart and number 20 on the Billboard Hot 100.
🙋🏼 ABOUT ME: My name is Alyona Yarushina, or Aly. I was born in Russia, and I am a singer, a musician,
I play the piano and do many arrangements myself, I’m in love with 80s and 90s rock. In Russia, I played with several bands. One of them is the best Led Zeppelin tribute band in Russia called "Plumbum Dreams". The other one is called "Back from the USSR", where we played Beatles songs in my own arrangements. We played in Liverpool, England almost every year on the Beatles week fest. My dad, Valeriy Yarushin is my bass player in this band. He's a legend of Russian folk-rock and his band “Ariel” was most popular in the 70s and still is now. I learned a lot from him.
In 2004, I won the “International Hopes of Europe” competition in Sochi, Russia along with the “Grand Prix” prize for singing I Have Nothing by Whitney Houston.

I just saw u came to the US in 2020!! Welcome!! Hopefully everything and everyone is going in ur direction!!! U truly deserve it!! I grew up in the 80s and all these songs u do have such meaning behind them ,not just me , but for millions and millions of people!! I actually don't care for today's music ..it almost, sadly, seems like all the great classic rock and songs have all been done and all the new music is all downhill from here!! But maybe ,im thinking , with u putting urself in the heart of all these classic 80s and even 70s music, u may be able to somehow pull off.ur own song that makes people question "wasn't this an 80s song?!". That would be amazing! And maybe that would encourage this .generation to start making music again with heart and passion. Cause so much music today is all about superficial, material things, drugs money...gets so old after awhile! Keep going babe!!. I like the emotions you put into this cover- in keeping with the original- but still you made it yours. Not many have the vocals to even try this. You are a great performer. Freddie Mercury would be proud, in my opinion.
