I love how protective the speaker is over the listener, not even knowing how bad it was until middle of the audio, he was still ready to stand up and fight for the young listener's safety. Wish I had someone to fight for me back then. I am sure many feel the same. Thanks for being the hero this listener needed, and for sharing your gift with us. You really are amazing.. And finally, thanks for giving us a part two to the story. I can't wait for a continuance. There will be one, right?

This makes me think about "The Ones Who Walk Away from Omelas", which is a story about a child who is kept away in suffering for the sake of keeping the city safe. It is a condition that the child must suffer so the city stays happy and safe, and the utopia it is for all. All the adults know about the child, and some choose to leave the city because although they hate the suffering of the child, they cant bring themselves to help the child, and possibly make the whole city suffer.
The child escaped.. now what?
