Have not been to Africa, no. My wife has, and I took part in the Global Night Commute in 2006, an event put on by Invisible Children to support the children captured by the LRA. Someday I'd love to visit Africa.
@@Zoomdak ohh let us continue to pray for you, yes I do also ministry of children orphans, please can you connect I would like to tell you more ,they have some Areas where they need help you are so welcome
@@Zoomdak I think it may be because all the beaches around where I am are really steep and rocky, so if there was a sneaker wave, it would stop immediately, and I'd just be like, 'oh that was a big wave' and move on with my day.
Hi there, thanks for the feedback! I don't want to be defensive, so I'm wondering if you noticed the wave roll through at 0:26? Maybe not the biggest of sneaker waves, but certainly surprised me!
Great video. I was terrified when I saw your dog in the water! I live in Bandon Oregon and sneaker waves are so unpredictable and scary.
Truly, I was glad Raven (the dog) made it out without problem. Bandon is an amazing place to live!
OMG Sneaker waves are one of my greatest fears! I grew up next to Lake Michigan so I have immense respect for the Ocean!
They can be quite scary. I've heard the waves in Lake Michigan can get quite large!
I have spent decades down there and never once seen this. What an amazing video.
Ya, it was pretty wild tide swing. Thanks for watching!
Nice capture! I love Cannon Beach.....absolutely one of my favorites.
Thanks, Cannon Beach is a really special place!
Excellent example of a classic sneaker wave. It looks low and slow, but it’s long, strong reach up the beach will drag you away.
Exactly that, well said!
oh. I like the harmony between the mountains and the sea. Especially when you look down on the sea from the top of the mountain. good video
So true, beautiful where the mountains meet the sea!
Beautiful video my friend Always nice to watch! like
Thank you! Cheers!
Wow, that is beautiful, great shots! I haven't been to the Oregon Beach in years, but this really makes me want to go!
Thank you! Pretty wild waves with incoming waves but such beautiful beaches!

That was wicked satisfying - great capture!
Thanks so much, glad you liked it!
The scenery is very beautiful.
One of my favorite beaches in the world for this exact reason!
@@Zoomdak It is beautiful
Majestic landscape.
Truly amazing place!
Beautiful video quality.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Whew! That dog was very lucky the wave lifted him/her to safety. That could have easily gone very badly.
Truly! Was scary to see her swim like that!
Beautiful nature 😄
One of my favorite beaches!
Ma and my mom (75) got caught in a sneaker wave at Cape Disappointment, WA. Terrifying experience and a lesson learned.
Dang, that would be super scary! Glad you made it out okay.
the dog swims so funny
She swims kind of like an otter in this!
Was the dog ok?
Thanks for checking. The dog was totally okay, she’s familiar with the ocean and swims in it often :D
awesome
Thanks!
I have a very healthy respect for the ocean. I’m an Oregonian. Seen too many close calls
Indeed, great to have a healthy respect for the ocean!
Great video
Thanks for watching!
@@Zoomdak no problem have a wonderful day.
I've lived near the ocean all my life on the northern west coast, and never seen a sneaker wave.
Pretty amazing to see, but also scary.
@@Zoomdak I think it may be because all the beaches around where I am are really steep and rocky, so if there was a sneaker wave, it would stop immediately, and I'd just be like, 'oh that was a big wave' and move on with my day.
@@siryak That makes a lot of sense yes. Not much of a chance for a sneaker way on a steep beach.
If the sun is out, and the beach is wet. Pretty simple. The waves are going there. That wasn't a sneaker wave. That was another big wave in the mix.
Thanks for the feedback
Wow water sea strong is wave
Indeed, the ocean is so powerful!
Yikes, watch the dog!
I'm glad she got out so quickly!
It’s wet sand is it really a sneaker wave? Come on

And that’s why you never turn your back on the ocean…
True point!
Sanka you dead man?
Yah man.
If you think this is a sneaker wave you just don't know what to looks for
Thanks for the feedback
What do you look for ?
Yikes
Indeed, it was scary there for a moment!
