I heard next season is supposed to focus every 8 episodes on 1 villain. A total of 24 episodes are supposed to take place next year. I really liked this show after the 3rd episode.

@@cyoung2004 no those scenes were filmed right after she was at the doctor. On Instagram, you can see some BTS photos where she is holding her knee brace.
@@ZeeRoberts21 she said that she injured herself a couple of weeks before she went to the doctor. She never said what really happened just it didn’t happen at work. Then two days after the doctor’s visit, these scenes were filmed.
I just cannot fathom Elliot ever even looking at Angela in a romantic way ever again after what she did and was a part of. That would make no sense and disrespect the memory of Kathy. Plus imagine how his children would feel.

Elliot Stabler is in THERAPY that is huge for his character development, he's grown so much even in these fast 8 episodes.

Elliots PTSD was shown throughout the episode the last scene he is having a ptsd episode in which he is fighting a giant , he couldn’t let this woman die even though she did what she did and he’s just staring in the door way contemplating on what to do he knows if this woman dies wheatley could walk, Also liv looking at him look at her knowing something had happened between them and angela looking at liv because wheatley wanted olivia to be the last thing she sees before she dies... her pretty brown eyes

I just finished watching the episode and was so confused as to why Liv's phone was manipulated to make her be there, and when Morales could have shot her first but didn't. Was so confused as to why she was put there in the first place, but this reasoning potentially makes sense. :)
That was his ptsd he watched Kathy die, he couldn't handle another woman he loved dying, being helpless, and no control again, so soon. Ptsd brings flashbacks often, and reliving the tragedy, even survivors guilt.

The whole time Liv was trying to revive Angela and she was looking at Liv in her blurred vision I’m like, “Take a good look Angela, that’s the woman. THAT is Elliott’s one true love. And she’s trying to help save you.”
I really don’t like Angela. I know they need her to testify against Wheatley but she needs to go.
Honestly if i woke up to Liv trying to save me, i would feel so blessed. Angela is lucky asf. Lol. The implications of this scene makes me so excited for the next season!

It was just 4 people and moralas there at the last second.
There was a guy tied up in Angela's room and a nurse who left in the background with the bed when moralas showed up

@@jonathanoscategui2678 Yess It was just that GOOD! Elliot, Olivia and Ayanna Bell was all good on this scene.
This finale was insane!!!! While the other episodes were good these last two episodes were dynamite and really hit home the main themes of this show. But a lot of questions were left unanswered like how did Richard get a phone device in his own cell and have Olivia's contact info??? But the big surprise was that Morales was the mole. I seriously thought it was Freddy but Wolf definitely surprised us with that one. But the biggest scene was Olivia meeting Wheatley who will probably put a bounty out on her which will cause Stabler to do everything to protect her . Wish the new seasons started tommorow!!!

It’s not uncommon for prisoners to smuggle cellphones into their cells.

@@pixied1028 My guess, Wheatley gets killed and then season 2 will focus on his killers/partners etc... That's how Justified on FX did it years ago. Each season was a different storyline of a different villain.
I've never seen a hospital so empty. Usually there are so many people you can barely make it down the hallway.
Thinking more cops and security is on Wheatley payroll so the hall could be cleared
I was thinking that too. As a health care worker myself. If you call code people come running. That is what didn’t make sense to me either
I think it was more empty because of COVID.
That floor is a secure patient area. So the only people that can be there are the patient, the doctor, probably one nurse, and the security guard for the patient. Since Angela was already being guarded 24/7, it is not strange for Morales to be there. The doctor has other patients in the hospital, the nurse may have been on another floor. We know that Wheatley got to Morales. Then Wheatley sent Olivia a text message to get her to go to the hospital and made sure she got there at the exact same time that Elliot and Bell did.
Wheatley was mainly sticking it to Angela figuratively as well literally. When he told her about the other woman, he knew she would find out about Olivia. The “final nail in her coffin” was to meet Olivia face to face before she died as well as see Olivia and Elliot together. I think Morales was told to call Bell and get her to come to the hospital and bring Elliot along.
but don't u realise when they went to visit her they used an alias, so what does that tell you? they probably had the floor evacuated for her safety....#jussaying

So can someone explain to me what happened because the last thing that made sense to me was that Wheatley sent Liv a fake text from Elliot
It was storming here and my cable was in and out, so hopefully someone else will fill in/correct what I'm missing or if I'm misunderstanding something. Turns out Wheatley bribed Det. Morales to the tune of $2 million. He needed the $ to take care of his sister, I believe he said. He's responsible for poisoning Angela's shampoo and he injected her in the hospital to kill her. He raised his gun as if to fire at Ayanna, Elliot and Olivia and was shot and killed. I'm not sure how long he was helping Wheatley. I think it only began while they were keeping her in protective custody but I'm not 100% sure if that's right. My apologies if any of this is wrong, as mentioned, my cable was funky thanks to t-storms. I'm just relieved the cable didn't go out entirely. lol
Last thing that made sense to me was thet Angela allowed the hit on Stabler's wife but why? Then Stabler said it was Richard

But Morales was too eager and nice from the beginning and that made me go like...Wheatley is gonna use him 🤦♂️

Fellow fans, I looked up the book that Wheatley was reading while he was in jail and I'm guessing its a clue. I have discovered that that book is a part of an extremely long series (1.2 million words) of French novels well regarded by those deeply passionate about literature. That being said, I don't even understand the summaries. Interesting to note that the book Wheatley is holding is not the book in the series where what he says he is reading is happening. Not sure what to make of that. Has anyone read these books? If so, what do you think it means in terms of Bensler's future?

Because I thought this episode was to close out the whole Wheatley storyline, I had a different expectation of what was going to happen tonight. Otherwise, they did a good job making us think that it was her old partner who was the mole. I even thought Bell was the mole at one point too. Also, do we read anything into the fact that Stabler didn't give Liv any kind of hint that Wheatley might come from her after his half veiled threat last week and then when he met her downtown? That she can protect herself or they are not going there with the two of them in any romantic way so Wheatley's "love of his life" was just him trying to wind Stabler up and throw him off balance? At this point Wheatley and Angela seem more invested in the two of them as a couple than Stabler or Liv are. Does the letter become one of those things that we never get any answers to just like the can opener in Suits? Now I need to re-watch the scene with Wheatley's comment about Olivia from last week. I didn't take it as any kind of a threat, I thought he was just taunting Angela, knowing she had feelings for Elliot. I was hoping the letter would finally be addressed tonight.
Stabler is trying to be very protective of Olivia by acting like he doesn't romantically care for her. Also bud in the opening promo covering last week they showed a scene of Wheatley implying Elliott and Livs relationship so expect Elliot to talk to her about his feelings very soon
@@Stefanie2530 it wasn't explicitly a threat but the fact that he brought her up and took them time to dig into Stabler's past and find out who she is would suggest a "I know where you live, I know where your kids go to school, I can come after you just as much as you can lock me up" type tone. That's the way I took it but I could have read too much into it. As much as we watch it with the whole Stabler and Liv together romantically in the back of our minds, I really don't think this big time gangland drug dealer is finding out who she is because he's interested in Stabler's love life. It's in case he needs to threaten Stabler to back off the case.

It’s obvious next season is going to be a Elliot Liv Angela love triangle. Also if you watched suv they talked about Finn’s first partner becoming his wife. I also think Wheatley ‘s comments about Liv were absolutely a threat. To a point I think Elliot froze seeing Liv with Angela because he knows it could very well be Liv. Just my take

My guess for next season is that Angela's lawyer and Will Gardner (he'll always be Will) are characters of the new show Law & Order for the defense. We could have a big crossover with the 3 shows. What do you think??

Well at least with the season premiere Annaya is now going to be call a "cop-killer" & with her wife suing the police department is not going to be a good season for her & her squad alot of sacrifices are going to be made especially Stabler justice for his wife. I'll say it once, I'll say it again " there always ten steps ahead of everything & everyone."
I hope that Ayanna's job isn't in jeopardy over this. She went out of her way to strategically put together this squad because she trusted them all and had faith in what they could do together as a group. I hope that when she inevitably is investigated for this, whomever does the investigating recognizes that she had no choice in this situation, she did what she had to do. There was no way that Morales would have been able to get out of the situation alive. If Ayanna hesitated, Morales would have shot her, and either Stabler or Benson would have returned fire. Or Stabler would have most likely shot him anyways (if Ayanna didn't) to protect her.

Organized Crime is serialized. You really do need to watch from the beginning and in order. It is not like any of the other Law and Order shows; which are procedural and episodic.
