Was my dream speaker some years ago. Perhaps not my first choice now but if anyone wants to be charitable and give me a pair, I’d be more than grateful. 😊
@@JustinO9876 They still perform at a world class level as when they were new , especially with the crossover upgrade. If you can get somebody to give you a pair for free the you gotta go play the lotto immediately because you’ll have all the luck 😂.
For digital I use a Zidoo Neo S for my streamer/dac via Roon/Qobuz/DSD. Analog is Graham Slee Accessionsnd Graham Slee Elevator to a Teres Audio table with Audiomods Series 6 tonearm and currently my Air Tight PC-3 cart mounted.
@@channel-ls4uv Thanks! Yes they are very dynamic speaker. They are not power hungry however they do like power if that makes sense. They are 92db efficient.
Too bad that their TH-cam channel Fat Coda Studios have their tunes uploaded with a 10dB too high level, so that the dynamics are reduced. You'll need the original digital copy to have a proper listen. But a channel like NBR have their tunes uploaded at a lower level with dynamics still intact. th-cam.com/video/G70Uov7BFsQ/w-d-xo.html
@@urbanlarsson8252 Not sure what you’re meaning but this is being streamed through Roon DSD256. I’m not a studio so I don’t have the high end mics they do I use a modest Rode mic and upload for everyone that wants to listen enjoyment.
@@Audiofreak71 The track played are from Fat Coda Studio, that have a TH-cam channel that include that tune. But the YT channel are of lower dynamic range than other YT channels that play this sort of high dynamic audio of high quality. They uploaded the file using a higher general audio level that then TH-cam compress and limit the sound and makes it have a lower dynamic range and not so suitable to play from a higher quality audio system. We'll need the original digital audio file for that, or play tracks from the NBR channel that have better audio quality. Your microphone sounds better than most others that demonstrate their sound systems.
@@urbanlarsson8252 Ah I see. Well I know TH-cam compresses the music so it’s definitely not direct representation of what is heard in real life but gives a small snapshot. The file being played in that video is DSD 256 so should come across a little more full and clean, but TH-cam compression doesn’t help matters that’s for sure.
@@kenmcglown6642 I’ve listened to many ultra high end systems over the years and I prefer these over 99% of them. Not sure if that was a compliment or not but thanks I think?

Wauw! dynamics are so good with this speaker... are these power hungry like ATC's or the opposite, really efficient?

and if anyone had doubts about Accuton drivers this speaker cancel them immediately
i wonder if the woofer is proprietary

zu viel höhen,toller bass.
Lots of factors as to why you might think there’s too much treble but in real life there is nothing but balance from top to bottom.
