@lizzabitty. Yes, there's a resort development selling 2 bed chalets at $105,000 and 3 beds at $181,000+. 5 mins walk to the beach if you're interested?
What is the cost in full please say why it's not finished and any problems with the land £250k or dollars this is a lot, what is the owners reasons for not completing sorry to ask a lot of questions. Could you give your prices in all currencies and the rate.
The price quoted ( i e 250k) is the local currency in Ghana. 1 US$ = ~6gh cedi, so based on this conversion rate, the property is ~41k$... if u can bargain with him and buy for 35k$, that'll be a good deal for the huge land
They charge us USD somehow they think we’re rich even if the house was completed the average African Americans which is 90 percent can Not afford that price & for a house that’s Not at All finished 250,000 usd for a foundation is Ludacris smh this was a waste of my time ‼️
I don't understand.....I can't envision this being worth the price in this condition not anywhere in the most affluent communities in my area.Metro Detroit....million dollar houses..in West Bloomfield Hills...Gross Point Farms...Birmingham..with incomplete construction.typically the value is only in the land....and they would tear this down and rebuild ground up....Not to mention the value added infrastructure of high end schools shopping...hospitals and security..maintained paved roads.that is lacking here..How much is the Land?......The floor plan here I'd scrap tear down the interior walls use only the foundation and come back with a floor plan that upon entering the building you can see all the way through to the back walls which would be floor to ceiling windows....kitchen dining sitting room all one humongous open area no dividing walls...bedrooms would be on the extreme right and left of the great room..if I do a single story.....or all but 2 on the 2nd floor...laundry/utility room on first floor...and butler's pantry....No attached garage ..covered carport in the rear.

Bio logic..I sincerely thank you for the clarification regarding the currency being used in this offer...I assumed wrongly it was in USD ...And your right at that rate of currency exchange..it is a lot better deal..with the land and it's location carrying this properties value..I think it should have been emphasized the lands dimensions and location..as the key selling points...not the potential of a incomplete structure.
It is important not to compare Ghana to developed nations. Ghana is Ghana and is a developing nation. Bearing this point in mind and that it’s not trying to be the US is paramount. I hope the info was clarified for you and you find what you are looking for.
@@jasmineadjei2552 I do comprehend that...yet a good deal is based on a universal principle...of what the market will bare...if your giving western valuations on real estate it needs to meet western standards of fit and finishes...cause we know that the Ghanaian per capita earnings is between $2,266 per year and $7,343 per year USD....Therefore those persons with the abilty to plop down tens and or hundreds of thousands of dollars on property are more likely than not generating funds outside of Ghana usually some western country...and want the luxury duplicated to some degree in Ghana..hence again pricing real estate far above the 80% of the residing population...
@@rudygrissom5871 ur point doesnt make any sense investors dont give 3 crap of gdp per capita when investing in a country on top of the price of this uncompleted strucutre is 250k ghs cedis okay madam. i feel like if some u aro american can to ghana with ur american mentality u going pissed off a lot people trust me
