Route: Entebbe ~ Doha ~ Manchester

I had a fantastic time in Kampala this time around. I attended many events and concerts during my two-week stay. I would highly recommend Uganda as an African holiday destination.
The flights went well, without any issues. I managed to get a couple of hours of sleep on both flights and about an hour during the eight-hour layover at Hamad International Airport. With the extra time, I was able to check out the C gate passenger train service to the Orchard, Hamad's indoor garden. I took a more detailed tour of the garden, both the ground floor and first floor (I'm working on the video right now).
Unfortunately, there was a last-minute equipment change on the final leg from Doha to Manchester on QR 27. Originally, we were supposed to fly in the beautiful A350-1000, but due to the late arrival of its previous flight, Qatar Airways was forced to change our aircraft to the similarly beautiful B777-300ER.
All in all, it was a very smooth journey from Kampala to my home in Leeds. I had plenty of food and liquids throughout, which meant I was able to significantly reduce the effects of jet lag.
I hope you enjoyed the trip report.
