DJ Self is a horrible interviewer. Please note: A key tool to being an effective interviewer is to first LISTEN! Self, you over-talk your guests, interrupt critical points, and speak in circles. STOP IT! Furthermore, it's not called playing "devil's advocate," asking the same question differently; it's called word salad. If that's hard for you to change, let Bianca take the helm.

Same here.... It seems like they've created the narrative, that they're responsible for 500k subscribers on my expert opinion, in less than a year.
But they've had there show for a year, and have around 45k subscribers.

Now Math is in hot water because he said on Vlad that he fired those 2 because they were “creating” or trying to “create” Bagfuel on the side right? How can Math explain “creating” or attaching the word “create” to a show he already knew existed when Esso played that clip for Self? All you have to do is be patient & everything will play out the way it’s supposed to play out. How do you say that someone is creating something when that word basically tells everyone that it didn’t exist? Basically how do you create a product that is already is existence?

I think it's long past time, that people who want to do interview podcasts take some interviewing classes. You have to let the guests do most of the talking and stop interrupting them because you love to hear yourself speak. When you ask a question, let them answer without interrupting with another question. That's the main issue I have with Nore and drink champs. Self needs some self awareness

Esso not seeing the right perspective regarding him being on more than one platform. The relationship show cut him back because of this but he can’t see why Math had a problem with it. Even Hynaken understood that it could be a problem.

Sp8, Hynn, and Es$o have been in the music industry for a long time and ppl in the music industry know they have good character, morales, and do great business. I didn't like the way Dj Self asked those question though - very redundant, kind of misleading, and almost seemed like he was trying to discredit Es$o. DJ SELf, I felt should have been more like Vlad was when he interviewed Math, since they have history. You can tell that Vlad had Math on his show to share his side of the story. Well, dj Self should have done the same thing. Anyway, it is what it is! Going forward, I hope Math can look at this shit as business and stop being in his feelings, and the two of them (Bag Fuel) can make some $$ together. #TogetherWeStand #dividedWeFall #OneLove

Great interview! I love me some Hynaken & Esso. It's something about them and their energy that made me gravitate towards Bag Fuel. I was once a MEO fan but it doesn't hit the same for me like when they were there.

Esso is not consistent with the stories he tells. In the interview they had with Sean Bigga he says they were first guests on My Expert Opinion, and they were guests for a lil while before becoming permanent on the show. So as guests Math would promote what they had going on because it didn’t effect his show. But it would’ve changed as soon has they became co-hosts instead of guests. And in my opinion, Esso is bringing Hynaken down. He’s to cocky and he wants to be seen as the star. Hynaken is humble and understands the process of building a successful podcast, and he’s a good podcaster. Esso has his own agenda, he’s too focused on money, and that ain’t it. Money will come you just have to be patient and accept the process. Sean Bigga, I’m sorry, he doesn’t have the personality to do podcasts like My Expert Opinion. He was taken people’s kindness towards him literally and believed he was the ish and Math was jealous of him, when I don’t believe that was the case at all.
