Today’s rap is saturated with mumbling / auto tune. Rappers like Big Sean get overshadowed by the Lil Baby, Lil Uzi, Kodaks of the world. Rappers in this generation that can actually rap have to dumb their lyrics down because this generation doesn’t want lyrics.
Mainstream wise. I definitely get what you’re saying,but in today’s climate, you have an option to create your own playlist and listen to your favorites all day
