Love the installation, but I must admit that I was partial to the color Groundbreaking. Can't wait to see the finished room. Your projects are truly renter friendly, thanks for the ideas.
That gallery rail is awesome---it really makes this project look SO high-end! Love the milk chocolate colored wall, I'd never have thought of that, it's perfect!
that turned out beautifully. I've always had my eye on that paneling at Home Depot for the coveted shiplap for my own rental home! Will you be doing a cost break down of this project? I'd love to know.
@@ActuallyAlliGreat job, Alli. I think that people seem to forget that you are showing us ways to make a rental property look great. What you do are not permanent changes. Why spend money, and time, on something that won't even be seen. You're doing great. Your ideas are appreciated. ❤👍
You did a good job to a point. I have to say that I was disappointed that you didn't put trim or finished the wall around the outlet. To me that is an incomplete job. It doesn't matter if the bed will hide it or not 😮
If this was in my house and installed permanently, then I would have. But since this will have to be taken down in a year or two when I move out, it just wasn't worth the effort to measure around an outlet that'll never be seen.
Alli, this is amazing! I love how you did this as a removable renter-friendly decor. So clever! 🥰🤗

That rail would have been easier to spray paint with a bronze metallic from Rustoleum. But I always admire your renter friendly projects. Thanks.😊
Spray paint would work great too! I thought about it, but we were in a long stretch of rainy/windy weather when I was trying to get this project done.
Okay, stop!! The brass rail is genius!!! I'm doing it! 🙂😮🫢🤯🤗
Those pink pants are TOO CUTE to be painting pants!
What an amazing job you did Alli ❤ I would love to see your take on a faux limewash!
Ya me too
Amazing! You are so... Clever.... Allie. Thank you for sharing your wonderful ideas! ❤
Thanks, Cathy! You're too sweet 💕
Great job. Love the faux brass railing great idea.
love the results so far! The dowel rail is genius!
Wow this is so cool! Your best work yet, its amazing!
Thanks so much! This comment made my night! 💕
That wall looks so good!!! Also, the painting pants you are wearing in the video are adorable! Do you recall where you got them? 🤗❤️
Thank you!! And I got them at Old Navy just recently!

Your best yet! Real class! Thank you
Awesome video! You're so inspiring.
Really nice!!!! 🤩🤩
You are a beast … I love this … and around the outlet for why? Ur not gonna see it
Excellent job!!!
Turned out great!
Beautiful!
Thank you!!
You are SO creative Alli! ❤
This will be perfect for me as I too have a one off centered window on wall 🙄
Ugh the asymmetrical windows really throw off the aesthetic 😩 I'm glad this video can help!
Could you prepaint the boards before hanging them to the wall?
This is GORGEOUS! I want to do this in my daughter’s room, but I was wondering about the longevity? How has it held up? Thank you!☺️
Great job I want to do that in my house, have a great day
Just an fyi you can have that primer tinted closer to the color you are using and it would cover better on 2nd coat hope this helps on future projects
Wow!! Looks amazing!!
Beautiful.
Question. Would it not have been easier & less risky to paint before hanging?
You are very creative! Any chance you can do a college dorm room temporary decor edition?
Where did you purchase your curtains for your bedroom?
New subscriber.
Your an inspiration.
This is beautiful and definitely something I’m going to try! What material/cut did you get at Home Depot for the panels?
Brilliant ❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you!!
Love this but the color is reminiscent of the old school wood paneling. Anyway, you’re amazing and I love your vids!
Why didn’t you finish around the wall plug in?
It saved time, material and money to leave it unfinished. Plus, you'll never know once the bed is in place!

Really?? Come on! Try and find something negative, and you will 🙄
