Its all edited just for comedic relief. (whether he is good at being funny that's a different story) but I wouldn't say he is complains all the time. The editors just put his complaining moments only just to build a character for some drama. I'm sure other people complain but the producers prefer to put other shots so that they can make a varied programme with different characters.
