And quick question just for my own future reference, I've always known 大量消費 as "mass consumption/consumerism", so I thought 'おかゆんの母性を大量消費するために' referred to the viewers' mass consumption of her motherly side. So in this case, does 大量消費 have a meaning more akin to 'eat well' or 'satisfy'? And is it often used in this way?

@@JShayTranslations In this case it leans more heavily into the 'depletion of a resource' nuance, indicating the lap pillow etc. consumes so mcuh of Okayu's motherly side that it is 'used up', so to speak.
As for 'satisfy', I was just taking some liberties to make the English more natural
