Im not even surprised of this man’s pain tolerance because I’ve been following him since I was 5 and he went head to bug with the Japanese Giant Hornet and the Bullet Ant. *Love you Coyote!*
What's really scary is to think how it got that nickname. Hard to imagine that some people in the past may unknowingly have used the leaf for that. I've heard of people doing that with poison oak or ivy leaves. They ended up in a hospital bed with their butt cheeks spread eagled to allow it heal while receiving treatments.
Poison ivy and poison oak have too small of leaves to make decent toilet paper. More likely someone touched them before handling their preferred leaf… or someone rubbed the burdock with poison ivy. My dad knew kids who would rub burdock leaves (large and slightly soft) with nettles along the roads knowing someone would use them as TP (they were in a caravan of families fleeing the Soviets after WWII).
Someone did do it, an Australian officer. He shot himself to end the pain... The story was revealed by Australian former serviceman Cyril Bromley in 1994.
Coyote: "THE PAIN! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD GET OUT THE REVOLVER WE CARRY AND END THIS UNFATHOMABLE AGONY! I WANT TO DIE! PLEASE LET ME DIE!" Cameraman: "So, does it hurt?"
Coyote I've loved your videos for years! I bought the Australian outback hat you use for my own outdoor exploration and it's an amazing, comfortable hat. I have a son now that's almost a year-and-a-half and he loves being outside, and I love watching new Brave Wilderness videos with him. I hope he grows up to be a lover of nature as I am. Thank you for your awesome content! It was exciting to hear you were just in Lake Erie: as an Indiana native, I'm not too far away. Maybe I'll run into you on a trail sometime. Take care of yourself! For my vote, I don't think you should take on the Gympie Gympie. For that matter, let's stay away from the hogweed, too!
Hey coyote I been watching you for years, you are a legend and I’m glad you are still here the pain you go through for us is insane and we appreciate it ❤
@piplup1339 Nope not all. How about yourself? Bravery would be fighting on the front lines, selflessly running into a burning building to save people. Stinging yourself with plants and bugs for clicks on internet does NOT equate to bravery.
The fact that coyote Goes through all of this without swearing is impressive This man is impossible to kill And he's immune to all poisons this man is invincible and he's a god
Most Aussies will incorrectly refer to the giant singing tree as a gympie-gympie, but as you mentioned, the gympie-gympie is much worse. Early explorers in northern Australia shot themselves in the head after coming in contact with the plant because the pain was too intense to continue living.
Yeah called the suicide plant for a reason people say it feels like being burned alive while being struck by lightning people beg to be killed by the doctor
I love this man first of all because hedoes all this just for us to learn some facts and second because he doesn't cuss I love him I learn everytime I watch this Chanel much love you 💕💕💕💕
I've noticed that you've just about always taken stings and such on your left forearm. Have you ever had samples or scans taken of your arms to see the difference in scar tissue or muscle density? I'm curious if there have been any considerable changes to the battle hardened areas, for lack of better term.
It's almost a guarantee at this point that coyote's body is much more developed than most in these fields, even still though adaptable as it may be each poison and venom is most often a unique cocktail of nope juice

Coyote is an absolute savage, applying wax to the arm to remove those nettles, that was absolutely metal
Note to self: Devil’s Toilet Paper is *not* for wiping. Bring your own TP for camping.
There was this story about a soldier using it as toilet paper unkowningly, he shot himself shortly after.
Not with that attitude!!! Anything can be toilet paper with enough alcohol!!!
Well yeah, it’s for the devil.
spicy toilet paper
@@kyeran441lol
I absolutely loved coyote, and the fact that he's willing to take pain to show exactly what's happening is amazing you could see his passion
RESPECT he’s a real man he goes through pain for all of us so we don’t have to and he doesn’t cry when hurt he’s a real one
Hats off to you for being absolutely insane. There's not one Aussie mate of mine who's crazy enough to even think of touching a stinging tree.
Damn bro I thought most Aussies were immune to pain!!
(I’m joking so no hate pls)
@@Ebony_Hazelruined your joke
Is this not a common pass time for Aussies? Funny, I thought they like it wild and rough.
@@utkarshg.bharti9714 everyone likes it wild and rough
@@Fat_Man_NukeOfficialbro nah 💀💀
I love how he just lightly brushed the leaf on his arm, and than BOOM. maddening pain. You are one brave soul, Coyote.
Feels like a hot needle soon as you touch it, makes me angry
This was the first video I watched a week ago. Since then I have watched tons of other Brave Wilderness videos. I'm definitely in love with Coyote and the team's work! Thanks!
My reaction to the snail are like " EUTGHH WHY SO GALIK GALIK"
You are literally immortal you take every thing that’s deadly make look like a scratch I’ve been watching you forever and you still have the same reaction your a strong man dude
Im not even surprised of this man’s pain tolerance because I’ve been following him since I was 5 and he went head to bug with the Japanese Giant Hornet and the Bullet Ant. *Love you Coyote!*
Right? He's been doing this for so so long. This man is the definition of "built different."
Imagine how many wipes it took before you realized you messed up
@@TheCulturedMan34 Probably realised right away but too worried that they still got a pooey bum
While a couple of bushmen are pissing themselves laughing " i never thought he would actually try that" 🤣🤣🤣
Poison ivy and poison oak have too small of leaves to make decent toilet paper.
The way how he didn’t cuss at all I sure give this guy a Oscar😂🎉
As an Australian I can confirm this is one of our safest and most harmless plant.
Oh good, so it can be used as toilet paper in a pinch.
🤣🤣🤣
I never believe anything on the internet, but I believe you lol.
Ye the devils toilet paper is the safest plant in Australia the real danger is the regular leaves because that's where the spiders and snakes hide
💀
What an absolutely brave and outstanding act. I hope that plant is okay after facing Coyote Peterson.
he swipe the plant over his arm not once but twice, just insane, mad respect for this legend
6:36 did bro just say womp womp?😂
I'm glad you're still alright after all these stunts. Been watching and sharing these vids with my friends for years.
Man this guy is risking his life to let people see how painful it is for a lot of dangerous things. What a legend.
GUYS WE NEED TO GIVE THIS GUY SOME RESPECT HE HAS TO GO THROUGH PAIN AND SUFFERING FOR US TO BE ENTERTAINED WHO RESPECTS THIS GUY!?
Yeah thatstrue
Me
yeah and he did this for science and education, love this man alot
WHY DO YOU TYPE LIKE THIS?
I don’t know anyone else on the Internet who deserves the views more than this guy.
I love how he starts reviewing the pain while it’s still hurting
Coyote suffering greatly in order to entertain and educate us, what a pioneer! ❤️💯✌️
Coyote: "THE PAIN! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD GET OUT THE REVOLVER WE CARRY AND END THIS UNFATHOMABLE AGONY! I WANT TO DIE! PLEASE LET ME DIE!"
Cameraman: "So, does it hurt?"
Yeah I was like wow awesome video but then he said that and now I’m kinda confused. Like what do you THINK is going to happen??
nah he just kinky
"pioneer"
Schmidt: am i a joke to you
@@jokerinthebronxhim: DEFINITELY GOSH
bro explaining everything while in immense pain. so much respect bro!
Coyote is still making videos and getting a million views within a day. Bravo Coyote 🥳
For that matter, let's stay away from the hogweed, too!
thanks for watching!!! hope to see you out there - C
Hey coyote I been watching you for years, you are a legend and I’m glad you are still here the pain you go through for us is insane and we appreciate it ❤
@leotheyawstrich1382 that’s when I made my account
@leotheyawstrich1382 I was usually watching as guest not with my own account just 2 years ago is when I made my account/TH-cam channel
That makes sense leo, if you're a guest it doesn't say when you've joined
ya
After all the stings, bites, pinches, and punctures from the bugs, I imagine his pain tolerance is quite high by now.
Crazy how he is getting hurt for our safety and keeping us entertained thank you
I love it when he casually gives a description or fact about something and then goes back to having pain
The cameraman really had the strength to record EXTREMELY NEAR the poisonous plants
Camera man invincible
@@tjonthatmix2788fr
Bro honestly does not care getting hurt for us 💀 Thank you 🥰
Much respect on how he can even build the guts to put the leaf on him and how he can form sentences after it happened
Let's all just appreciate how brave this man really is!!😮
Bot,
@@alan_vinxsterit’s not bot
Fine line between bravery and stupidity. And nothing about what he does is brave.
@@teaser874 are u lost?
@piplup1339 Nope not all. How about yourself?
Bravery would be fighting on the front lines, selflessly running into a burning building to save people. Stinging yourself with plants and bugs for clicks on internet does NOT equate to bravery.
I'm impressed coyote is still finding things to enter the zone with
The way he get hurts/the sound makes me wanna drive my car now🤣
The fact that coyote Goes through all of this without swearing is impressive
This man is impossible to kill And he's immune to all poisons this man is invincible and he's a god
I admire everyone who doesn't swear now. ❤
Not everyone swears, if you don't internally you won't with trauma either.
Most Aussies will incorrectly refer to the giant singing tree as a gympie-gympie, but as you mentioned, the gympie-gympie is much worse. Early explorers in northern Australia shot themselves in the head after coming in contact with the plant because the pain was too intense to continue living.
Oh great
Yeah called the suicide plant for a reason people say it feels like being burned alive while being struck by lightning people beg to be killed by the doctor
All more reason to never visit my boyfriend in Australia
Even worse, there was once a soldier in ww2 i believe who used the plant as toilet paper and shot him self from the pain.
@@vincentthought6130Thats why its called the devil's toilet paper💀
The things this man does for the sake of science. Dude has the best health care in the world.
I'm curious if there have been any considerable changes to the battle hardened areas, for lack of better term.
that’s a rlly good question !!
That’s actually rlly interesting
It's almost a guarantee at this point that coyote's body is much more developed than most in these fields, even still though adaptable as it may be each poison and venom is most often a unique cocktail of nope juice
Oooh now I'm interested in this, great question!
I'm gonna guess it's cause he's right hand dominant
