Having just finished enjoying this performance I am happy to say that this was my final play in covering the entire works of Shakespeare, and I'm leaving this a note to myself and anyone else who has enjoyed the Bard that it has been a life changing journey well spent. Shakespeare almost always moves me to my core, but this play, for all its intermittently great poetry, leaves me cold.
It's hard to find sympathy for these characters.
