    The only other type of diode I would add (which is something most people get anyways) is LED's. 5mm, 3mm, superbright and diffused...and different colors too. They all have different forward voltages.

      +Rhop Thanks Rhop, left LED's out of this series, whoops

    Could you add a link to where you got your component storage containers?

    Hi. I have qhat might be an irrelevant question but I just don't understand what I'm looking at and I am curious. What is that In your background? It's not a screen and it's not a window. But it is moving and has some trees or plants swaying in the wind. Is it just me? What is that? Thanks.

    are those anti static drawers or does it not matter? studying electrical engineering and looking to stockpile some parts and start doing more side projects.

      Id be worried about very small value components where you could burn it out but most of these components will handle it

    hello can i use caps of 50v? or 16v? or it doesn't matter

      eduardo torres You only have to worry about a capacitor's voltage rating being too low for the application. The only issue with higher values is size considerations (ie. higher voltage usually = larger size).

    hey i want to do my own night drive pedal and i have question. Does it change something if you are in a another country ,cause voltage isn t quite the same in some country and, i want to know if i have to change anything in the wiring ?

    • @DiyguitarpedalsAu
      @DiyguitarpedalsAu  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +BZHbryan Hey mate, the night drive needs 9v dc, so the mains power you have does not effect the circuit. As long as you dc adapter is output 9v's you will be fine. Alternative a 9v battery could also be used. Cheers.

    I ended up with some 1n4002s along the way. Useful or no?

      Ya never know - swap one in place of something else and see what you get! You might come up with something cool and different!

    you have your 78L05 drawer labelled as transistors but it's actually a voltage regulator IC
