Fun stuff! Try pouncing the stamp up and down on the ink pad instead of rubbing it. And stamps sometimes need to be used a couple of times before they work well, so try your new stamps on scrap paper a couple of times and see if they stamp better. I also like to press and hold the stamp down for about 5seconds to give the ink a chance to sink into the paper. Hope this helps.

Yes getting new stuff is the best! I feel like it’s always feast or famine for me. I get a bunch of stuff and then I use it all up until I feel like I don’t have much to work with and then I buy a bunch again!

Oh its so exciting to get new stuff in our craft space. Thank you for sharing, everything is lovely. I always have trouble with those glitter brushes, once I took off the wrong part of the lid and glitter was everywhere. lol Maybe try putting the stamp pad down on your desk and dabbing the stamp block in the pad, thats how I do it but I am no expert. Have fun with all your supplies and I am looking forward to seeing you use them. Take care

Your adventure in stamping with an acrylic block made me giggle. Word of advise, git in there and git yer acrylic block dirty girl! That’s why god invented soap. 😜

Stamping has just a few rules of thumb .. don’t rock your stamps either inking or stamping .. when loading your ink taping is best.
