Excellent educational video, just a couple things I would add, the bolt that keeps the tensioner from moving is a 1/4 inch, so you need 7/16ths wrenches to remove it, I would also add the nut-bolt size for the front and bogie wheels, last, don't forget to check your track tension indicator after running the machine for a few minutes back and forward. Again, great video.
I have a wide track tx 1000. I changed a bogie. I notice my inner tensioner bearing is going out. I cant see how to get the inner wheel out. Any ideas.
Did you ever figure that out because I'm in the process of doing it now and I can't find anything either but I'm thinking I'm going to have to pull the whole track system
Could be. I would pull the problem side track off and check that the bogie wheels, tensioner wheels and spring are good. If that checks out you should flow test that side between the pump and the motor to check your gpm

Nice. Thanks for the video!
no problem
Have you ever changed the inside tensioner wheel on a tx1000 wide track? I cant find any info on doing the job. looks a bit difficult.

My right side tracks have significant less power then the left: do you think the right side drive motor is bad?
