I theorize the version of DeadPool from the year2009 movie (X-MEN: ORIGIN’S OF WOLVERINE) is infertile, do to what was done to his body in that realm of the movie.
But when it come to the other versions or DEAD-POOL I theorize most of them are fertile, and so they are capable of getting a lady pregnant.
