To prevent pen/marker loading oopsies - slide a scrap piece of cardstock under the clamp before loading. That way, if the pen/marker touches anything, it's just the scrap cardstock 🙂 Thanks so much for this series, really enjoying it
it's hilarious cause as u were doing the lemongrass i knew u were going to be bothered by it!! I knew that blend looked harsher than you like.. I've been watching your channel toooooo long..this came out super stunning
I’m sure you already know this but maybe your followers don’t, but you can use the Cricut paper trimmer and the Cricut scoring stylus to score card stock … the stylus fits perfectly in the grove where the cutting blade runs.
Watching your video help me pass the time while waiting for my plane for going home because they cancelled my fly this morning and had to wait 5 hours to take the other one and watching your video calm me so thank very pretty card and done with the cricut gives me a lot of ideas 😊
Another great video full of creativity and inspiration. I've started making cards because of you! LOL. I learned from another TH-camr (I can't remember who) to support Clamp B by pushing up under it with one hand while your other hand clicks the pen in, then you don't accidentally put a dot of ink on your paper. Kinda neat! I also have seen others use a white gel pen to kind of cover those boo-boos if you can't flip it over. I feel silly telling an amazing teacher like you these things, but we all gotta pass our creative tidbits along to help others, right? Thanks AGAIN for your content!
I love watching other people having problems with their cricuts! The paper moving and the ink dots are things I have had problems with. Seeing it on your video let’s me know I am not alone!!! You are awesome!!!
Thank you so much for this video. Being that I don’t have a lot of die cuts for sentiments it helps a lot to know now how to make these on my Cricut. Hope to see more ideas like this. ❤
New subscriber here, God bless you and thank you so much for these beautiful cards and videos🩷 I relate to your style a lot and I was gifted a Cricut Maker 3 and I’m so excited to start crafting! Your videos are so so helpful 🌸
It's so funny! I am new to card making but have owned a cricut for years. Did my first cricut card the day before you posted this. We are on the same journey I'm sure. BUT I did use my cricut to make my base. Just use the scoring tool. So A2 card cut out 4.25 x 11 and put in a score at 5.5. worked great! Love your content. Thanks for sharing!
I so enjoy watching card making videos... so so so relaxing! I am thinking of getting into making cards but I just wouldn't have enough occasions to actually use them 😂
I am so in to cardmaking with my Cricut machine & I am loving this card so much🥰😍 I have had many ‘whoopsie’ moments too 🙈 Loved that you left that in the video. We can all relate to that ☺️
I've had my Cricut pens for at least 5 years. I use them all the time. I store with the tip down. And I don't let them sit in the machine. I remove and cap immediately after use. They are going strong! I just bought a backup set during their sale.
Thank you for this video! I want to make my own Christmas cards this year. And I loooove those inks. I want to get some but I would have to hide them from my 7 year old!
Ungroup to lines??? How have I never noticed that Advanced button before? WOW I learn something new with every video lesson. You could extend this series to 100 episodes and it still wouldn’t be long enough.
Great video as always, Bethany! Thank you for showing how to make cards with the Cricut; I am planning on making a few of my own Christmas cards this year. Have you ever made envelopes for your cards using the Cricut?
Love this card! Do you have a video for the insert cards? I have tried making them but my cuts are never in the center. They actually cut off the edge of the card so the corner cuts will not hold the insert. I would love to see you do one in hopes of figuring out where I am going wrong. Thanks for sharing so much fun knowledge.
Love these videos. May i ask where did you buy that sticker on your cricut? Or how did you make it? I use the same color pallette in my craft room and i got the same cricut & color) TIA 😊
I have an Explore Air 2. It doesn't seem to have the same fonts from Cricut.....I couldn't find festive font. Is there a secret that I'm missing. I am a subscriber to the Cricut company, so I think it's really in there, but I just don't know how get it. Any suggestions?
I am not sure what 2X2 mat you are referring to, but the mat used in the video is the correct mat intended for this cutting machine. Hope this helps. :)

Thank you so much …. It’s not in my budget to get all the card making machines, dyes, etc, so this was awesome for me! Love it❤

You are just the sweetest, Bethany. I love how well you explain everything and really enjoy your videos.
Thank you so much!
I have always wanted to try a card with my Cricut but had no idea how to start. So excited for this!

I love watching other people having problems with their cricuts! The paper moving and the ink dots are things I have had problems with. Seeing it on your video let’s me know I am not alone!!! You are awesome!!!
You're definitely not alone, I make mistakes all the time! :)

So enjoy watching you share your talents with us. Would you share how you decorated your Cricut please.
Yes, there is a video on my channel showing me decorating it from start to finish! :)
Wonderful card!

Great video as always, Bethany! Thank you for showing how to make cards with the Cricut; I am planning on making a few of my own Christmas cards this year. Have you ever made envelopes for your cards using the Cricut?
I haven't, I like to use my envelope punch board...it's so easy! I have a video on it, if you just search "envelope" on my channel. :)
@@Bethadilly thank you! I'll check that out! 🙂 I appreciate you taking the time to respond!
Can this done using the joy. Xx
Love this one!! Have you ever made shadow boxes? I have been looking at trying to make one and would love to learn from you!!
I did a fun one in a Valentines video last year I believe!
@@Bethadilly thank you! I will search for it. I’ve just started being curious about them.

I have several, I think they are in my Cricut Joy playlist. :)
How funny that I just posted my cricut pens one on a card and now you are doing a card! Does it count or do I need to do another lol

I have an Explore Air 2. It doesn't seem to have the same fonts from Cricut.....I couldn't find festive font. Is there a secret that I'm missing. I am a subscriber to the Cricut company, so I think it's really in there, but I just don't know how get it. Any suggestions?
The festive font isn't a Çricut font, but I linked where I got it in the description box below the video. :)
Why aren't you using the 2x2 mat? I don't see anyone using that on the standard machines.
I am not sure what 2X2 mat you are referring to, but the mat used in the video is the correct mat intended for this cutting machine. Hope this helps. :)
