Calangute Residency GTDC Goa Sea View Room as on 12th Dec 2016. Awesome view, Large Size Room with huge sit out area outside on 1st floor rooms while a small balcony on 2nd floor.
Nivedita Sengupta Sea View property is premium property of Goa Tourism ie calangute Residency. You can book it through Goibibo on discounted rates or from Goa tourism site. If book from goibibo you need to call Goa tourism panji office & ask them to assign sea View room else they will give you garden view as there is no specification of sea View/garden view on Goibibo, also tell them which floor you want room 1st floor has private sit out area where you can relax & drink while 2nd floor has very small balcony. View is much better from 2nd floor then 1st floor but small balcony. Have a lovely stay.
