Terceira is one of the best keep secrets I know of. The best memories of my life were made there.

I would love to go back sometime! My visit was marred by the fact that most of my time on the island was spent in a quarantine hotel. I need to get back there at some point 👍

Cool to see your view on Terceira. We just recently did two YT video on Terceira as well. We are currently still on our trip. We so far have covered Terceira, Pico. Faial and Sao Miguel are coming soon. Covid has been relatively good here, so far. I will subscribe and see your other videos, for sure. Frank and Fern with JavaWalkerWorld

    Praia da Vitoria Portugal
    Vs
    Ponta Delgada
Which one should i explore? Worth travelling.

Definitely Ponta Delgada - lots to see and do if you make that your base. You can take day trips for hiking at the beautiful Sete Cidades and also take a trip out to Furnas to see the geothermal activity. Well worth exploring São Miguel over Terceira. However, if you’re more interested in village life and small towns, Terceira is more rural and remote.

Dude, why didn't you chat and bond with the locals?
So much love and unique experiences that you missed out on.
Geez, from your video, you have no clue what the place is about.
If you go back, DO IT! CONNECT WITH THEM!
    Whole different experience.

I don't disagree with your suggestions, but the strict COVID restrictions limited what I was able to see or do during my time there. I went in November 2020, during the 'second wave'. My visit to Praia was a flight layover that I wasn't aware I'd even have until the day before my flight, so there was little opportunity to arrange anything. It's hard to bond with locals when everyone is wearing a mask and socially distancing - but I'd love to return and experience those things eventually.

That too! I always feel like I'm bothering people if I ask them questions 😂
