    I so appreciated this. So often leadership gurus talk about the theoretical. Harbaugh gets down to where the rubber meets the road. Outstanding.

    A great CEO , who would not want to be on his team and this team will exceed there individual capacities . Yes this applies to any organization . It is soundly based on SErvant Leader principals

    all a bunch of fluff. You do what is necessary. PERIOD. so if you need to defend an player on your team that you would otherwise slap in the face you say this:
    "The two people obviously have a couple issues that they have to work through, and they're both committed to doing that. That was the main takeaway for me from the conversation. They understand their own issues. They're getting a lot of counseling and those kinds of things, so I think that's really positive. That was the main takeaway."
    What issue did ray rice's wife have that could possibly justify what ray did? How do you say this stupid shit!?
    This is leadership.
