There’s this idea in the US Army:
    Officers Eat Last.
The officer’s ranking system starts at 2nd Lieutenant all the way up to General of the Army, different from the enlisted who’s highest rank is Sergeant Major of the Army.
Seeing that all your men are eaten first (the Army marches on its stomach), that their families are safe and taken care of, that you are providing top-tier training to your men for their personal growth, these are just some of the many things that can easily be transferred into the civilian counterpart as an officer in a company.
Take care of your workers, and they will take care of you.

So profoundly true. Significance is a better benchmark for our lives than success. Significance helps us focus on caring for our teams and praising our team's efforts and lovingly redirecting them when necessary. A leader of compassion who cares is much more likely to have people follow them and be successful.

The insight you put here is amazing. Indeed servant leadership is the way to go. These are the notes from this video.
Leadership is an influencing process, we are all influencing each other all the time
Good Leaders are good human beings / care and listen more than they talk / they want people to win
**Three things a leader should possess**
    * Clear goals / People need to know what they are working on
    * Catch something they did right ... appreciate for a minute
    * Now one minute redirect .. What can I do to get back to you on a track?
How do I want to be seen today? Put praising in your journal .. What did you do that you want to replay again?
Good manager is more intentional ...
    Success and significance
    Generosity / touch
    power status / loving relationships

    I would say:
Firstly, distance yourself from any ideology to be able to understand the difference between Leadership Mindset and Management Mindset. Make the Iceberg Model of Change your core framework.
Secondly, Be proactive in determining: Relevance, Context, Community, Capabilities
Thirdly, Structure based on Layers aligned around the Flow, Transparency between the Layers, supported by Cascaded Leadership with cascaded Change Management including Risks and Revenues awareness practising inclusive Partnering
Fourthly, Clarity of processes/Rich experience for informed decision making, Natural break steps, Frequent sense of finishing steps, Profound knowledge of work to inform “Thirdly”.
Everyody will mature with time in the right and well balanced environment. Trust is a beautiful feeling.

Great wisdom and resonates with the core teaching of Lao Tzu (The Master), the author of TAO TE-CHING (CLASSIC OF THE WAY AND OF VIRTUE, 600 BCE) who wrote:
VERSE 7. OTHERS BEFORE SELF (as paraphrased by me):
The sage places himself last and emerges first.
Because he subordinates himself, he is preserved.
Is it not because he does not live for selfishness that he realises himself?

I wish American Politicians understood what humble servant leadership actually was. Instead, our chambers are filled with narcissistic individuals and that includes the former and present oval office.

Says every rat ever 😆 also, capitalisation is only for the first word of a sentence or a proper-noun and the word you’re looking for is “for” not “fore” but I’m sure you’ll figure it out by the time you finish high school.
