Go air will suffer more bcoz when they will shift to premium
1.they will have to hire more experienced staff
2. They will have to train thr existing and new staff both
3. Premium passengers will expect better personalities to attend them ,so where an average person could serve them before they will have to ensure people with an upper level
4. Passengers who really want to fly premium are very less,so thr customer base becomes isolated which I think is a drawback for any business
5. Premium passengers are most of the times more conservativeand intelligent than we think and if one has an intelligent brain he or she won't opt for premium in flights and if he or she choses also then one won't go for domestic travels.
This shows the cost at initial level is too high and the return is very much dicy which can result to heavy losses.
On the other hand if Naukri brings a new website they will just have to clone their previous already running website with some upgradation,so they do not have to invest much in the beginning coz they have tie up with the IT firm which will give full IT support without any training or hiring new people which ensures the safety of training and recruitment cost
Target customers will also be the same so the traffic can easily accept the new website
So naukri will not be affected much if they launch something new in thr sector

@@prashantrajdev7018 Bhai it's same as a home loan. When you want to buy a house, you opt for loan, let's say from HDFC. HDFC gives you loan, keeping house as collateral. Replace house with motel and you get the idea.

I know as i have worked in infoedge company had already launched a portal for freshers previously for freshers with the name of firstnaukri.com which did not worked out..... And even if freshnaukri.com bhi nahi chala to waise bhi naukri com to hai hi jaha pe freshers jaake apne CV upload kar sakte hai.....
