    Subscribed... seems like a great place to start with Tyflow. Love your explanations of what every operators do, instead of just saying- add that,add this, set this parameter to so much. Done!.
    I was looking for a good tutorial for creating iron man Mark 50 nano suit up effect, for a leather jacket..
    If i have a human model with a jacket, can i apply this effect to that mesh to show the jacket growth?
    It would be great if u did one of those..
    Keep up the good work

    Nice! But how to stop simulation ? Its continues forever, increasing cache up to 40gb, even if add stop and delelete operands - doesnt help...

  • @Rockstar5003
    @Rockstar5003 ปีที่แล้ว

    I do not know if you did this on purpose or by mistake but you did not show that you need to change the Absolute radius in Property test from 10 to 1 in order the particles to grow properly.
    For a tutorial video I think this is important otherwise by following what you do people will not get the same result.

    • @RedefineFX
      @RedefineFX  ปีที่แล้ว

      The tutorial worked as is when it was made. But it was made some 4 years ago and Tyflow has changed a lot since.

    • @Rockstar5003
      @Rockstar5003 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@RedefineFX Irrelevant. Further in the video you can see you have changed it from 10 to 1 but you do not explain this process. Great work tho! Big fan

  • @jimmwagner
    @jimmwagner 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    How would you make it stop growing halfway through?

    • @RedefineFX
      @RedefineFX  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think just add a time test in between that stops sending the activated particles to the next event? Sorry for the super late reply

    I've made it but area is growing not vertex by vertex but in larger segments (looks like size is related to distance value so if dist is 10cm it grows in 10cm steps). All takes around 10 frames so I have the same issue as other users. Retimer does not help.

    • @nisrares
