Great video, Ema, thanks! I always enjoy and learn from your content 🙌. I'm envious of that short and tidy scheduler list you have lol (I know that's just for demo purposes). Similar to your Canada tax rate option, I have a lot of variables in my scheduler titles (location, length of time, plus duplicates of all schedulers to accommodate "new client" and "returning client"). The names of these schedulers get long and tedious to keep them all straight, and they're impossible to view and select at a glance from the tiny little scheduler list window without hovering the mouse to see the full name, trial and error style. Plus, I wish I didn't have to duplicate each scheduler to accommodate appointment length (i.e. 1-hour training session, 2-hour training session, 3-hour .... etc). Am I doing it wrong?? hahaha. I wish my clients could choose their appointment type ("training session") and then have simple dropdown menus to select location (in person vs remote) and quantity (hours). And I wish in Dubsado I could view and manage my schedulers in a larger window with folders for easier sorting (new client, returning client, in-person, remote, etc) instead of one extremely long, chaotic list viewable only through a teeny web frame window. Any tips? Perhaps I've been doing it all wrong all along LOL. Thanks in advance - you rule!

Hi Dana! I don't think you're doing anything wrong - what you're describing seems like the right way to use the group scheduler. You just have a lot of options for clients to choose from, which again, isn't wrong.
The one thing you could do is use a proposal (maybe a public proposal?) vs. a scheduler so they can choose the length of their session as a package and you can place the location as a dropdown question. But that would mean having a manual step after they submit the proposal for you to select the workflow with the right scheduler/package based on their selection. It means still having multiple schedulers plus multiple workflows, it just might be a tidier way to showcase the options to your clients. The main downside to this option is they would be signing up and paying before they can select their session date, which might be an issue for you.
What you're describing is something I think a lot of people need. Hoping this type of conditional logic is in the works soon.

@@emakatiraee wow, thank you for such a lightning-fast and helpful reply! "Conditional logic" - yes! That is exactly what my Dubsado dreams are made of. 🙏🏻 Meantime, I will definitely experiment with your wonderful suggestions. Thank you again!!
