OMG 😱 Judy What a task, well done. What a beautiful Monstera, now it has been potted up to a bigger pot and better soil it will be even more bigger and more beautiful. Hope your finger is ok 👌 I am a new plant mama and new to your channel, I have only seen a couple of your vids and I am hooked already, love them. Haven’t subscribed yet but I will do so right now. Take care. xx
Beautiful plant. I was thinking of using wood instead of a moss pole because I was not sure how it works. Are you supposed to mist or spray it? Is it a magnet for pests? Pros and cons of wood plank versus moss pole would be great.
Hi there! My only qualm from using the piece of wood to begin with was that I felt it might rot over time being exposed to so much moisture. I usually wet the pole whenever I water the plant in the shower, I don't really take the time to mist it. I haven't had any problems with it pest wise, but that may be because I always spray everything down with eco oil whenever I shower my plants. :) Thank you for watching! 💚🌿
What a task!!! I must say I thought it would be more rootbound but once you explained the soil situation in made sense. Please, please, please do an update in a week or so, I want to see if it dramatically perks up 🤩
Bravo Judy!! Nicely done...that is not easy task to do on your own (hope your finger is ok) The Monstera looks beautiful...can't wait to see it perk back up for you. The bloopers at the end always make me chuckle 😅
Hiya Judie, there is such thing as sustainable sphagnum moss! Peat moss, not so much, as it forms over thousands of years and harvesting damages flora and fauna. Look out for NZ moss in particular as they usually harvest from a living plant that is allowed to regrow which makes it much more sustainable.
I came across your video by chance, and you have me the courage to do the same with my big monstera. I have a question, what's the ratio of your potting mix? Thank you!!!
You don't seem to care about you plant ? I love my plant and sure wouldn't be letting it plop down on its side like you did to it. Plus I wouldn't be doing a project without having everything planned. Just terrible !! Moving on........
Wow, Judy, u did exceptionally well repotting ur monstera by yourself. The cover pot also makes it really pop. Great video 🌻
Thank you so much! xo

@@ThatFoliageLife Ok thank you. I have a small moss pole but was a little reluctant to use it after purchasing. I think I will give it a go.

Nicely done! . The monsters looks fantastic in her new home Thanks for sharing. Happy growing. How often do you water it?
Thank you for watching! 💚🌿 I will water the plant when the soil is dry, for a pot this size, about once every three weeks. :)

How your each plant 🪴 look so shiny ✨. Please share the secret .
I shower my plants and spray with eco oil. :)
Yes a one woman show. You are woman and you are strong and you can do anything because you are invincible!!!!
Thank you Sophy! Go us! 💪 Ps. also, I love that song
I think you could have used a bigger pot.
I could have. I chose not too. :) Thank you for watching! 💚🌿
Instead of chicken wire, could you use a pantyhose leg? 🤷♀️
I can't say I have tried pantyhose, but you could try it out, for sure! :) It just wouldn't have the structural stability as wire would.
Judy, please make sure you are up to date on your tetanus shots because of the metal wire.
Thank you for your concern! 💚

😂😂😂 my plant is fine and thriving ✨️ also if I didn't care about it I wouldn't have gone to all the effort of repotting it 🤷🏽♀️ go figure 😂
