Nate my friend, nice job, this would be really good on chix quarters or bone-in pork chops, some cheater stuffing from stove top & peas, corn bread & raw onion on the side, cold glass of buttermilk which is a staple in rural Kentucky
How long do you think that will last in the refrigerator for Nate? That's a lot of Habs so unless the family love that sweet heat it could take a while to get through
I think it will last as long as another other pickled veg - especially if everything stays under the vinegar brine. I am thinking that this will be great for jerk chicken when I dont have fresh habs from the garden. Thanks mate!
Yum, looks fantastic! I will have to try it with some of the extra jalapenos I have laying around.
You could also try cowboy candy with those jalapenos.....thats one of my favorite things to do with those.

Thanks Steve! I agree!
