I'm so happy that there are three MG mold girls to choose from! 🙂115 and 117 are a must! I don't particularly care for the outfits but the Artsy dress is OK. People who are seeking dolls from the old "Truely Me" line can still get a few for $115.O0 on Amazon, which has a good return policy! The resellers on Ebay, etc. are going to see this as an opportunity to raise prices,
so I would buy them now! Overall, I'm really loving the new girls and wish I had more space to collect! Thank you for this helpful video!

I did not get Corinne nor Makena. I will definitely get 124, and maybe 123. Pretty excited about the dolls but not happy about all the coloured hair and wondering if we will ever have AG girls without eye make-up again. I feel the coloured hair will date these dolls not on a good way.
Agree 100%, so I'm glad they came out with 124. I liked Corinne, but the blue hair definitely would date her down the road.
I was despairing over the new rebrand as a complete disaster but now I see 4 that I really want. They all have natural colored hair. My position on that has not changed.
I knew you'd love the light-skinned, blonde Jess mold! I even mentioned it in my video I made yesterday when I saw they had her. I have to say, she's very cute despite the colored streaks which I really don't like. My favorite is 122!
ok so here are my thoughts
what i like: the overall look of the dolls, dyed hair and painted eyelashes included (unpopular opinion ik)
what i don't like: the lazily done meet outfits, the 800$ dollhouse with the furniture sold separately, the overshadowing of Claudie's release, and #110 (if you like her, i respect your opinion, but the Jess mold on a doll with blonde hair and blue eyes is just not my cup of tea)
so overall i have pretty mixed feelings lol. definitely adding 100, 101, 112, and 116 to my wishlist as i already am creating OCs based on them, but i feel like my thoughts on this are very similar to my thoughts on BeForever, with a pretty even mix of pros and cons.
I’m so happy to see a positive video about these dolls! I think this release is amazing, so much diversity. I got the MG blonde, Corrine without colored hair, and I fell in love with the light skin brunette Nanaea mold unexpectedly! She’s so so gorgeous, they all seem like girl of the year dolls. I named her Gatlin :)
I ordered #124 - Yes, it's the Corinne mold. I understand your frustration because I almost ordered Corinne myself. I am happy about 124 because I know I will display her more often.
Overall I don’t know how to feel :/ I feel like retiring all the older truly me’s (this batch and the last batch they retired too…) really rubs salt in my wounds. However, I am really happy that the majority don’t have unnatural hair, I’m the same as you and I think it’s so cheap and tacky, though I know I’m not the target audience at all (this is what I get for being 18 and an AG doll collector)
I actually love #108, #109 and #112. I think they’re so pretty and would like to add them to my collection some day. #110, #103 and #124 are all nice to me too but that’s because they’re just revamps of older dolls. I especially like #124 because she’s just Corinne but without her green hair streaks. #111 is the one that surprised me the most, I actually think she’s gorgeous. I would, of course, rather her without her coloured hair but I don’t know, I don’t think it offends me as much as the others.
The eye makeup kind of bothers me too. It’s fine on the WBU line because they’re supposed to be older but I really don’t like how every doll (except the boys, of course, can’t have boys wearing makeup or idk, having eyelashes /s) has to have them too. We’ll just have to see how this line sells and where the future of AG is taking us.
I'm an 18 year old doll collector too and I like some of the colored hair dolls and will definitely be getting the pink and purple haired one. But I agree that they shouldn't have retired the old Truly Me dolls, they should have just expanded

I think a lot of these dolls are nice! The nanea mold with the rainbow hair is probably my favorite one! I’m pretty surprised they got rid of so many dolls, like I wish they wouldn’t of gotten rid of the textured hair, darkest skin tone doll (idk the numbers) since I believe that was one of the only textured doll hairs that wasn’t curly. I have her and she is so awesome.
It was fun hearing your opinions on this line 👏! My favorite is #122 the only one with bangs 😍 though I do like a few others too like #120 Nanea with rainbow highlights & #118 another Nanea with curly caramel hair 😃 I probably won't be getting any AG dolls anytime soon because they're too expensive & take up a lot of room but I still love them 👍
I bought 117, 118, and 124. Still waiting for them to ship. I love 121 too since I love 69's wig (that looks like her wig; 69 is one of the most underappreciated dolls but is amazing. Her hair is spectacular) and don't have a Joss mold (I don't have a Corinne mold either). I also like 112. 103 is just 61, so I can just track down a 61 if I decide to get her. I almost bought 61 last year but chose 65 instead. I'm glad since 65 didn't come back. No boys, no colored hair, no bald (my mom fought cancer for years, and she lost her hair during treatment, so they just make me sad to see them. I miss my mom) for me.
Painted eyelashes, I despise. I would rather see the permapanties come back. My dolls will be losing those eyelashes. Just like Claudie did.
33 is a great doll. I had a 33 that apparently had a haircut and I didn't know it (I was moving when I got her, so she was packed for several months). So, I had to rewig her. Named her Devon instead of Jenna like I wanted. Bought another 33 and named her Jenna.
The reason they probably only did 2 boys and 2 bald dolls was because the sales were probably low for boy and the dolls without hair. Think about it: if the boy dolls sold well, wouldn't they make more clothes for them? They barely make any. As for the bald dolls, I wonder if they still offer that service...they used to have a thing (or I might have imagined this) where you could send any doll to the doll hospital to have the doll's wig removed to get a bald doll. This also would involve removing the glue, of course. If I was in the market for one of these, I would pick whatever doll I wanted and do that if it's still a thing.
I'm really hoping 124 was put out because maybe people gave backlash to the GOTY having those blue streaks. Maybe that was feedback that they got. I'm wondering how her sales are going... I was so excited about the prospect of an Asian GOTY because my best friend is Vietnamese, and most of my friends in high school were Asian. They called me the honorary Asian. I also love Chinese culture, so learning she was Chinese American made me happy since I've wanted a Chinese historical doll (railroad boom era in California please) for many years. Then, the horror when I saw they did the blue streaks! I couldn't believe they did that to that doll. Now, I get a Corinne mold as she should have looked. This is not a Gabriella situation to me. Gabriella was done dirty. So was 46 (I have a 46 btw). They should have released Tenney as the GOTY as they had planned. They should have then spent the time doing a proper Gabriella doll. The clothing and accessories were repurposed. Just horrible. She didn't deserve that. That is what started the trend of keeping the GOTYs around for more than a year because people didn't buy her. If they had 46, they weren't going to buy the same doll with her hair put up. 46 getting retired for that was unfair. It was one of the top controversies ever for AG, I think.
Actually the doll with the pink and purple hair I don't look at it as cotton candy mold so much hair I look at it as breast cancer awareness and epilepsy awareness hair. And I think the reason they made a couple dollars without awaken is in case you want to put a particular wig and turn it into a girl or boy doll or if somebody is dealing with some kind cancer and they're going to lose their hair eventually I think that's why they are making dolls without wigs

Compared to majority I actually really like these dolls, even the colorful ones despite not being my first pic when buying, I think they just make them more unique! I never saw the painted lashes as makeup but if so you can just use acetone to take them off no big deal honestly, saw some people being so dramatic to boycott lashes as if it was the perma-panties, omg. Btw that colorful Nanea is literally Amaya Raine from RH! Imma die on that hill LOL

I absolutely love all these new dolls.
Personally I love the eye lashes and definitely the eye brows. To me they look gorgeous. I did get the Corrine mold doll number 124 and she looks gorgeous!
I do have Corrine as well and it does not bother me. I guess it’s like some people having multiple dolls like Molly, Kirsten, Samantha and do many others. Not sure why people are complaining about having a Corrine look alike.
If you did not buy a Corrine because of the blue hair, than here’s your chance.
I also noticed that people are saying that the dolls have skinnier bodies.
I just purchased 7 of them and they have the same bodies of all my other truly me dolls I guess I love them all and see them for what they are. Of course there are some that you like more than others.
But I absolutely love them all. I did get 118 the Nanea Mold and she’s even more beautiful in person.

Also- I agree, if I had gotten Corrine I’d be so annoyed but since I didn’t, I love this doll. They could have given her different hair at least.
Kyla, I have a feeling that you will be getting the meet dress with the flowers and the leopard print. I will definitely be getting 103 because I did not get 61. I like the modified 85, 82, 84, and 68. I like the girl with the pink and red highlights as well. I love number 115,117, and 118 those are your top 3 favorites that I am definitely going to get. I like 121 who is the first joss mold that you mentioned. I also like the joss mold who you mentioned after 121. I like 124 better than Corinne.All the dolls that I listed here are the ones that I plan on getting.
My #61 came in today! I had to get her second hand because she sold out on the website before the new release. I like the lashes on some dolls but not most of them, I might just use acetone to take the lashes off if I get one of the new dolls and end up not being a fan. I'm finally getting my first brand new doll soon and I'm really excited to order from AG
I love the Marie-Grace with pink & purple hair, gorgeous! Give the color hair a chance in person, it is truly beautiful! I also love the blonde Jess, freckles a maybe, lol. I also thought the #5 Nanea was pretty. However, I have Nanea, & thought they all looked very similar to the original doll. Maybe something other than hazel eyes & brown hair would have been interesting. She has a very sweet face though. I wish they would have kept #79 with longer hair…

That will mean that I have 5 retired TM dolls. My 2 Street Chic dolls will have only been around for about 1 1/2 years. I love the painted on eyelashes and they are very pretty. But, I already have 5 TM dolls and want to wait for a couple of years and get some more historical dolls. I hope that they don’t retire the older historical dolls, so that they could get painted eyelashes. I love blonde hair dolls. I will not get any more dolls with colored hair. Because, I already have # 89, 91 and Corrine. AG dolls are very expensive. I need to wait until I have money coming in to get another one. If, so, I love the face ups. Courtney would look so good with with the painted on eyelashes. I love the modified #68. Because, my #68 is very pretty.

I ordered #115 the Taylor Swift lookalike. She is my favorite new truly me!
I like a lot of these new releases. I love 2 of the new Marie Grace molds (115 & 117). I also really like 110 (light Jess with freckles), 112 (sonali with short wig), 2 of the Nanea molds (118 & 120), and I also love 122. I need to see 109 in person to fully decide on her. Oh, and I adore 113 (sonali mold boy). I wish you could choose the outfit though because I truly dislike the wild side outfit. The camo dress would also be better without the patches. The price of the separate meet outfits and accessories are ridiculous.
Overall I’m just sad that so many were retired. I was never able to get a 79 because every single time I went to the store everyone of the 79s in stock had weird eyes. One eye always seemed to be smaller and looking down. Ugh. I also had 75 and 77 boy dolls on my wish list. Not as sad about not getting them though. 75 was just going to be Kip to go with my Courtney and her display in my AG doll room. I also want 92. I’m going to the store tomorrow and I have been planning to get Claudie (trip has been postponed for 2 weeks due to my father’s health) because I have every historical and I think she is stinking cute. I’m now thinking that I should get 92 instead if she is still in stock while I still have the chance. I would feel financially guilty if I got both 92 and Claudie. Who am I kidding? If my husband is ok with it financially I probably will get both girls. It wouldn’t be the first time I walked out of the store with more than 1 girl (I have serious problems with making a decision). But still… I think it was easier when I only collected AG so all of my $ could be allocated towards that. Then I started collecting rainbow high which led to lol omg/tweens, nanana, Barbie etc.

I have always hated the Marie Grace mold so they are of no interest to me at all. I don’t like seeing a Jess mold with light eyes and light hair, but whatever. She’s popular.
