Most people get so caught up in the fact that she is an overall performer (i.e. Dancing, outfits, etc.) that they don't fully realize that she has the best voice of our generation and one of the best voices of all time.

That's why I would say it wouldn't count for her. I say this because I have and operatic background and you have to use your own amplifiers, which is your diaphragm and breath support, not a microphone, so if I were to sing a low note it would have to be a solid one that resonates. Trust if Beyonce didn't have a microphone, her lower third octave and going into the second one would be barely if audible. That doesn't means she is bad, it just means those notes are outside her vocal limits.
