I mean, the concept of a sick guy deciding to fight an echo of some divine entity just because he's pissed off is hilarious. It's like the plot of a movie you'd see while stoned and laughing your ass off.
Why, among all the DD games, is one of the best strategies geting the lepper high off his ass on cosmic bullshit drugs then sending him screaming at the cosmic horror A WINNING STRATEGY!?
It's DD don't question it, just accept it Now if you excuse me, I have to send my Leper to face cosmic horrors now that I got him high with cosmic bullshit, the horrors is to help him scream
Because the leper is balanced around being exceptional and self sufficient at the cost of low accuracy. The drugs fix the accuracy problem and then he’s roughly equivalent to a full party. Personally I like just using support characters with leper too but the drugs is definitely the funnier option

I was waiting for this and it's as fun as i had hoped. Absolutely loved seeing you use the Face your failures period to just whale on the boss, ignoring the piddly chip damage to just absolutely wreck shit, reducing him from a thousand health rapidly to 200. Hell, you could probably have killed him at the 207 health mark already by taking out the phantom. You tend to do 220 or higher damage from exultation. But probably just wanted to be absolutely sure there's no fuckery. Loved this. Gigachad leper is truly the boss here.
Thank you for all the comments, the fight was very lucky indeed with 4 hits while having Ruin buff and other crits. I've never hit more than 200 with exultation and didn't know what causing that increase, so I decide to hit 207HP target first. There is another video coming in 3-5 days, it's Leper again vs lair bosses. I'm going to add math explanation behind even bigger numbers.
Exultation does 20% of the boss' HP in damage. (default 999hp -> 200dmg) Increasing boss HP 10% by maxing out loathing increases the damage as well. (1099hp -> 220dmg) So no, no killing from 207 here.
Bro You used the intended way to kill that thing o n c e Leper destroyed the 999hp boss by himself and then killed his royal advisor echo so people wouldn't say anything.
Baldwin's imaginary story: He "learned his lesson" from the past. Betrayed by unfaithful subjects and punished for his kindness by a terrible disease that eats away his flesh, but despite this, he finds this world beautiful. Let there be evil and horrors in this world, but this world still deserves to be saved. He made a "promise" to himself that he would do everything possible to stop the horror of this world and make it "Alone". After all, he felt something in himself that did not allow his body to die. A shining light of hope and determination. Not just beautiful words, but a real unknown power that heals his rotten body. The last region remained before the Mountain, and before setting off he decided to take a pleasant bath. In the course of this process, "Paracelsus" visited him and offered a small favor. All the time that he was with them in the team, he showed her his reliability, strength and determination, and she showed her skills in the field of treatment and assistance in difficult situations. These qualities unwittingly aroused in them such a forgotten feeling of love. That night, using her skills and experience in the field of medicine, she gave him her soft, kind and sensual kiss. Already before going to the Mountain, he faced a difficult choice. His team didn't want to let him go alone on this undeniably suicidal mission, but he made a promise to himself. And if they don't let him go alone, he'll go through them. Thanks to the powerful artifacts of this world, he managed to ascend and become even stronger than this terrible nightmare. The victory was predetermined as chronicles about kind, beautiful and valiant heroes. Even though the nightmarish horror of this world forced him to remember the real reason for his own fall, using all the determination, hope and love of this world that he had in his heart, he was able to put it all into his terrible, ruined and worthless sword. Ending all with one powerful swing...

Oh wow, a fun, original build that let you play the game in an unattended way. How long do you think it will take before RH nerf it to the ground like the sticks in the mud they are?
This game doesn’t have a dedicated accuracy stat, so all attacks will have a 100% hit chance, with Dodge tokens cutting it down to 50% on a target (Dodge+ cuts it down to 25% chance to hit them), Blind Tokens (which is how Leper’s terrible accuracy from the base game is represented here) reduce it to 50% hit chance regardless of who you target, and stacking Blind on you and Dodge on an enemy will lead to a 25% chance to hit. Baldwin here resisted all the Blind Tokens, and thanks to the Thrilling Tablet (gives you stacking bonus HP and damage for each missing hero) was basically a boss in of himself.
Something I forgot to mention is that Marking opponents has been reworked to provide more than just extra damage, and in the Leper’s case, using Chop on a Combo’d enemy has him ignore any Blind tokens stacked on him, so he can still hit enemies reliably if you’re willing to play Swine God with him.
