Valve Bag Production Machine

The Valve Bag Production Line is used to produce flat bottom valve bags. The system consists of a material roll unwinder that feeds the raw material through the machine where it is folded, cut, and sealed to make the valve bag. Once formed the bag is moved out of the machine by the stacking unit. The design of this machine uses 26 servo motor drives along with multi-touch screens to ensure precision and control.
