The music that plays in 0:14, which is named Expectation and composed by Paddy Kingsland, can also be heard on couple of HK logos such as Film City Production and Chun Sing Film.
The last Vestron logo we see in this video has the intro music to the film China Girl, which Vestron produced. That film had the soundtrack playing over the Vestron logo. I believe Hans Zimmer wrote the music to the Vestron Pictures logo heard here.
Oh I wish that music for the first video preview was the one on my tapes, so much better. Nice to see the Vestron Pictures logo again. I was saddened when I caught the re-release of "Dirty Dancing" a few years ago and the Vestron logo was removed and replaced by the Lionsgate one. For shame. :( Great stuff, thanks for posting!
Oh they morphed into Live, oh didn't know that. Ah that explains why Lionsgate stuck their logo on the re-release print of Dirty Dancing and took off the Vestron one. Wish they'd kept it for old times sake but there you go. Thanks for the info!

Yep. They became IVE shortly after Live disbanded, I believe. Then after they went bankrupt, Artisan came along. Nice to play, "Name the Pickups" I guess.
Liar, Disney did The Tigger Movie, Yo Gabba Gabba wasn't around at the time, Wallace and Gromit wasn'f around too and Columbia Tristar did Buster and Chauncy's Silent Nighf.
