It doesn't matter 1 or 2 symbols at a time
I follow instructions and scratch all the symbols at the same time and in less than 2 minutes I can see where I've won, or not because everything's right there. But if course, for your viewers sake, you want to add time to your content.

You'll notice all of the wins came when every column on the top game had at least one match. So chances are get at least one match in every top column and you'll probably have a winning card.
