Tip to anyone making the short ribs: corn starch needs heat to thicken, so don't add it to a pot and then turn the pot off immediately like recommended here, but simmer it until you reach the consistency you want.

They are super easy because you just need to slow cook them! One of my husband’s favorite meals!
