Universal needs to add an exclusive banana drink to the Coca Cola freestyle machines, just plain banana , plus banana coke, banana root beer, banana sprite

Appreciate the review, I was particularly interested in knowing about the Ropa Vieja plate, but El Macho's Ropa Vieja and tostones are not at all Mexican, they are more Caribbean plates.
So excited for the ropa vieja!!! They used to have it at magic kingdom quick service in adventure land before covid but discoontinued it :( So awesome to have real food like ropa vieja in a theme park!! 😊 Wish it was served with white rice tho.

They should have definitely brought Mexican menu instead for El Macho's dish, and it would have been fun to try to replicate the "sombrero nachos with cheese"
These foods are for people who can digest anything. I’m very picky and don’t like to eat a lot of things and a lot of weird ingredients will make me sick.
Gotta say they put way more effort into the menu than I would have ever expected for a minions attraction side restaurant

as a cuban, it hurt me when he said that 🤣🤣 but the rope vieja is actually pretty authentic for theme park food!

My girlfriend tried it and said it was "really good! Crisp beer flavor with lingering notes of banana"

The steak and cheese sandwich was alright. The minion tater tots were nasty. They need original tater tots.
Maybe because they aren’t tater tots but mash potatoes shaped like minions. 😉
