Took a friend who had always loved metal and punk but had never been to a rock/metal show. They, per their request, went to this show totally blind about what Thee Oh Sees was aside from the fact that they play hard as shit. I will never forget their face as the madness started. Loudest show I have ever been to in my life.
@@scotchrobbins the only show I’ve been to that had a more unhinged crowd than Osees was Black MIDI. Who I also saw at Thalia Hall. Moshing in my prom suit.
@@apothecurio Black Midi is definitely up there, Detroit was bananas for them especially, but Osees in Los Angeles was the hardest show I've ever seen. Like dancing in a woodchipper.
