I apologize for the name. I came up as my Son’s profile. lol. Maria, can I use the wood glue to mend a broken branch? Or should I just cut it off and try to propagate it? Something fell on my plant and broke multiple branches. I cut a few of the smaller ones off, but want to save the bigger branches. Do you think this will work? My trunk is also cracked from the fall. Soo Sad!! Let me know what you think?
Hi Maria! You have helped me so much with all your good advice on these babies. I had to do some major work on my desert rose and your videos guided me through it all! I live in Tucson, Az. and I used the Bonsai Jack that you recommended on my 'Princess Plant' (desert rose) and it worked wonders. It created a seal and dried the same day! She's getting better and blooming again. I believe it worked because of the climate difference between Florida and Arizona. I applied it when it was warm and dry out. It only gets humid here during monsoon season. Again, thank you and I love watching your videos!! Barbie
Barbie Mazon hi Barbie you right about the dry climate and Florida humidity you may want to consider the glue is very good dry like in a hour or lest and less money thank Maria’s garden

Hi Maria, the plant you purchased is one of my favorite next to The Desert Rose. It’s called Operculicarya decaryi or Elephant Tree Plant. They are hard to find and when you do, they can be very expensive. I wish I knew more about them and which soil mixture works best for them. I have 3 plants and just lost one. :( Hope your plant is doing well.
cynthiarookie23 I just bought a desert rose. I had one about 2 years ago but it got root rot and I didnt know how to treat it. I left it out in the sun and we had 3 days of rain and it was too much water. I decided to try my luck again. The plant in your video is called elephant plant or operculcaryi decaryi. I found your video last night and watched them for 4 hours until 1 in the morning. I plan on watching them all. I want a garden like yours!!! I’ve learned so much from you. Keep making videos. :)
