Again, he doesn't said not to sleep at all or not to eat at all. His prime focus is on not to sleep or eat excessively. Don't play much with your body, 6-7hrs is average sleep time required, if you can survive in less its good if not do not go for it. Sleep 6 or 7 hrs and wake up to grind again. There are people who sleep enough and become successful too. Eat healthy and on timely manner to keep your body fit.
