I've had an account on Quotev and I have to say, it's just basically Tumblr with quizzes and too much reader x (insert any popular TH-camr). If you don't put "no rp" on your account description then everyone will try to effing role-play with you. Don't even get me started on all of the drama. It's literally a cesspool of teen girls (hence why most of the quizzes are for girls) who cause drama and like to lewd everything.
I have Quotev but I haven’t used it in months. I only used it to chat with someone I followed and roleplay with them. And maybe I’d take a few quizzes every now and then. The only drama I dealt with on there was with hackers and I somehow got dragged into this big ass argument with a bunch of other people, a hacker, and the person I role played with. It happened on this post that had like 600 comments because nobody would calm the fuck down.
I once had like three accounts. I was doing a social experiment where each one had a different personality. I ended up dropping one of them (because I forgot the password) but the results for the other two were very interesting. My "edgy emo" account (which was not in any way my actual personality) got over one thousand followers. My much brighter, more mellow account had less than 100. I was on there for about six months.
