We used to go to Canterbury a lot when my wife's nephew was a chorister.
I wasn't much into the religious side but the music was lovely.
I believe it is now Dr David Flood, who is Choir Master.
There may be a few equals, but none more dignified choir than that of Cambridge. Truly a majestic way to worship.
These Psalm settings are very lovely
The psalms were listed in Radio Times and plainsong but are in fact of the Psalm settings which Alan Ridout composed for the choir of Canterbury Cathedral.
