I always thought of “Her Laughing” As Thomas and Martha’s living laugh : Bruce. His existence is a mockery to Jack the Ripper as he’s the physical representation of their love and what could have been his and when killing the Wayne’s he wanted Bruce dead too I think that’s actually really cool

The Animated film of this was really good but they did change up the story a bit. And for those who haven't seen it, I'm not gonna spoil it for you.
I love elseworld Batman stories, they are the most intriguing reads ever with interesting takes on the characters.

Thank you! The joke is that Ben was really reaching to make a joke about "BM," which stands for "bowel movement" or excrement. Then Sal likened Ben's attempt at a joke to excrement, causing he and Ethan to erupt in laughter.

Fun fact; Gotham by Gaslight was almost a video game by Rocksteady, but it was up against the Arkham series and since they can't sell it to just comic book fans, they went with Arkham.

I don't know who came up with the idea, but having Gunthar pop in with fun facts and/or corrections is absolutely brilliant. Please keep him around. Also, I hate to ever criticize content because I know how hard everyone works, but I wanted to offer something constructive in hopes it helps. The audio was mentioned in another comment before me, but I thought I'd add that I specifically have a hard time hearing Ethan. Anyway, thanks for all the great content you all produce. Now back to the video! :)

I remember reading this after the back issues for Speeding Bullets. Not my favourite elseworlds but still a pretty fun read.

Surprising amount of restraint on the author for not even mentioning Sherlock Holmes. Surprised DC hasn't tried to use this mythos to release a sequel with Holmes as well.
