Seen this movie when I was 8 years old and now I'm 51 this movie bring back memories rip my hero 🙏
First time seeing this. I was born in 1977 and i love martial arts flicks but i missed out of joe lewis i never remember hearing of him. The other day i watched force five and i thought i should see joe lewis other movies. This is a fun late 70s action martial arts film it's also like a low budget james bond martial arts hybrid. This is a fun movie I'm very glad i see it thanks for the upload i will be seeing this again i like it and i like joe lewis great supporting cast christopher lee and donald pleasance 2 of my favorite ever. Very good time

I always wonder how TWOTD would have turned out if Joe would have taken Chuck's role vs Bruce Lee. Mr Lee chose Joe first for the role.
Joe Lewis was deadly! He managed to kill any chances he had of being a movie star with one film! Of course, he made sure his leading man days were dead & gone with his second movie, Force Five. Sure, we should've expected his acting to be stiff, but even his martial arts scenes were mediocre at best here, sometimes guys who were excellent fighters in real life just didn't know how to present their skills on screen (Don Wilson also comes to mind). That being said, this is the best, picture quality wise, I've ever seen this movie look, a big improvement over previous dvd versions.

I watched the movie in 1979 & it's one of my favorite martial arts movie. Joe lewis is Bruce lee's student & one of the best martial artist but sadly he doesn't know how to present his martial arts skill on screen.

Did anyone notice the waitress in the last act who stumbles as if the heel of her shoe had broken and how it's pitch black when they are making toasts but when Esteban climbs to the top of the castle it is broad day light. I liked how three actors from James Bond movies were in the movie, Donald Pleasence, Barbara Bach and Christopher Lee. The little in joke being Christopher and his henchmen are all wearing the iconic James Bond tuxedo and tie.
I think they spent more on the air tickets than they did on the action.

@@roylopez3838 You two are talking rubbish! You become Sensei when you reach 3rd Dan in Karate. Bruce was just an actor who trained in Kung Fu.
His first karate style was an Okinawan Shorin-Ryu style. Sensei isn’t a rank or title, it’s an honorific that a student refers to his teacher. Sensei literally means person who has gone before. Doctors, Clergy, Politicians, Artisans can be called Sensei.
