Also, when the slow version of GWTF is played, Josh used his E-tuned guitar rather than his C-tuned guitar, whilst Troy & Michael used their C-tuned gear. Also, when QOTSA performed MITP from 2002-2004, Josh & Nick used their C-tuned gear whilst Troy used his E-tuned guitar.

I don't know much about this band but the guy on the drums looks like he was out shopping and they approached him and asked if he could drum a bit, dragged him off to the gig and he's like 'oh *hit' and drumming for his life so as not to *iss off the rest of the band!!! [humour - not dissing the drummer].
That's standard E tuning, The orgininal it's C standard tunning :)
