Guys, please....invest in a compressor/limiter! It's either that, or invent a Joey "DAMN!" filter. Love your show, but the levels get really frustrating. You have to know Joey whispers about 90%, talks normal 7%, and shouts just enough to rattle dishes occasionally. He's fine. Get the compressor/limiter, he doesn't change anything. Perfect, like an engineer.

Lee- I love ya.. but you have the mics pointed down into folks chest. Notice how Josh and each guest knows to correct it and points it directly to their mouth? Sounds better and you won't have to use as much compression and post effects if the mic is placed correctly. .. again I love ya just here to help :-)
